You can find your BackerKit survey by navigating to the project’s BackerKit page and entering the email address you used to make your pledge. The project pages are linked here:
You will then receive the survey link to that email address. If you still don’t receive it, it’s usually because the pledge was made recently (processing takes up to 3 business days) or because a private Apple ID address was used at the time of pledging. In the latter case, reach out to us with an alternate email address and the support team can update it for you and grant access to the survey.
